Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Saiko, the operator of Ront. They apply to the Ront website, game, Discord Activity, accounts, and related services. By accessing or using Ront, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ront.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Ront handles personal data.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Ront is not intended for children under 13. You may use Ront only if you can legally agree to these Terms where you live.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your Discord or other sign-in credentials. Do not share or transfer your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Discord and any other sign-in provider also apply their own terms.

3. Permission to use Ront

Ront gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. Ront and its software, artwork, names, designs, and other service content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No ownership is transferred to you.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Cheat; use unauthorized bots, automation, exploits, or modified clients; or bypass a gameplay or security control.
• Harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or expose another person's private information.
• Post illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Disrupt Ront, attack its infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, or evade an enforcement action.
• Sell, transfer, or commercially exploit an account, access, virtual item, or Ront content unless Ront expressly permits it.
• Use Ront in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.

5. Your content

You keep any rights you have in chat, reports, names, or other content you submit. You give Ront a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, protect, and provide the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where retention is required for safety, legal, or technical reasons.

You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or creates risk for Ront or others.

6. Game service and virtual items

Ront is under active development. We may change balance, rules, features, maps, characters, virtual items, or saved progress; reset test or game data; fix exploits; or stop offering part or all of the service. We will give notice when reasonably practical for a material change.

Virtual items, characters, and progress are features of the service, not money or property. They have no cash value and may be used or transferred only in ways Ront allows.

7. Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect Ront or others, respond to legal requirements, or address security or operational risk. You may stop using Ront at any time and may request account deletion through support@ront.gg.

Terms that by their nature must continue after access ends, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue.

8. Third-party services

Ront may use or link to services such as Discord and Cloudflare. Those services are controlled by their providers and apply their own terms. Ront is not responsible for a third-party service outside our control.

9. Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ront is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or that progress or content will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, Saiko and Ront are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of Ront. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer right, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Ront or the law changes. We will post the updated Terms here, change the effective date, and provide additional notice or ask you to accept again when required.
