Quests at every level

There is a quest waiting at every level now, so your journal is never empty between chapters.

• Hand in a chapter at level 10 and the next quest is already there. Before, the journal sat empty until 20.
• Each chapter is long enough to carry you to the next gate, and pays out once.
• Crown bounties are posted alongside it, so there is something to do besides levelling.
• The world loads sharp. It used to come up blurry and only fix itself after a warp.
• Melee skills fire when you press them right at a monster's edge. They used to get stuck there.
• The loot roll card shows the same ranking the server used, so the two cannot disagree.
