The camera settles, and the world gains a horizon
The camera has a default angle at last, the mist at the map's edge became a horizon, and every player got animation of its own.
The camera has a home now: 30°, the angle the whole world is drawn for. Buildings are built as illustrated cards so they read correctly from there, and you can still swing the bearing and zoom wherever you like.
Past the edge of the map there are ridges now, standing in layers beyond the ground you can walk, where there used to be mist. The sky opened up between the cloud banks, ponds got real water, and Omega Citadel got stonework of its own.
Players were redrawn with animation of their own, instead of a card that slides across the ground. And when one of them dies, the recap now names the ability that did it.
