Gear has real names

Rolled gear has one name now: Grave Iron Pike of Cleave, instead of a string of words stuck together.

• Rolled gear has one name. Everything already in your bag was renamed, and the same name shows in mail, trade and pickup.
• Your summon keeps attacking the enemy you picked, and does not reset when you get hexed or walk away.
• With one character on the account you get one button, Enter World, with your last location under it.
• The Skills list has one filter, by what an ability does, instead of three.
• Dropdowns match the game instead of your operating system, and Escape closes them without blocking the hotbar.
• Escape and Cancel do the same thing in an NPC menu, and an item's cooldown says which item it is and how long is left.
